We take requests and engage with the audience. Our audience can dance or sit back and enjoy soft listening music. We offer discounts to senior groups and facilities. We are available during the day or evening.
About Us
Bob and Josie met at University College at Oswego and got married 6 months after graduation. Bob worked with bands and as a solo artist for years. In 2007, Josie retired from teaching and decided to join the stage. They have been making music together ever since.
About Bob
Bob has been playing the guitar in bands since he was sixteen. He has also worked as a solo singer/guitarist. He is a published singer-songwriter with BMI and has original songs in three movies: Chain Camera (HBO), The End (HBO), and Troubadours (PBS).
About Josie
Josie joined Bob in 2007 and came up with the name Solid Gold Times Two because they love to play the solid gold hit songs together. Josie’s vocals and beautiful flute melodies add a great diversity to the duo. She can play everything from standards like In the Mood and Stardust to Walk of Life (Dire Straits) and Freebird (Lynnard Skynard).
